Stunning North Shore Family Home - Amazing Views!

Overall disappointed with the stay! We reached to an unclean house, very unwelcoming. Each bedroom had linens on the beds and kitchen had all the trash remaining. Clearly, cleaning was not done after the previous guests left, that too after 4 hrs of check-in time. The AC wasn’t working, so we messaged and called the given number and there was no response. The utensils and pans in the kitchen drawers were dirty. We had to wash them ourselves to start using them on the second day of our stay.

This unit could really use some extra thought being put into updating the linens, bedding, adding mattress covers. There were no face cloths, no dish clothes. Bare minimum for pots and dishes. The kitchen faucet needs some attention and we could not get the jets to work in the master bath tub. We stay in VRBO homes often and these little things really do make a difference.
