Two Bed Apartment w/ Pool by Roger's Arena

Great location

Overall it was OK. Let's start with the positive.1. Clean overall.2. Communication with host was great. Very responsive.3. Check in process was thorough and clear and well documented. We came in very late (11pm) and we followed the directions to get into the unit. 4. Location is right next to a skytrain station and major bus lines. 5. We felt relatively safe during the time. 6. Parking was good but be aware access after 9pm could be limited. Now the issues.1. There is no central AC. The day high temp was high 70 low 80 and so it could get hot during the day. Night time opening the windows do help. There is portable AC but only helps with the living room.2. It's next to Rodgers stadium and very noisy especially if you need windows open. There was a concert few nights while we were there. Bring ear plugs and eye mask. Also very bright during the night time.3. The location is at blthe cusp of increased homeless population. I did not feel unsafe during the time but just be aware and it's just part of Vancouver in certain places.4. Water control was an issue. We could get cold water to come out consistently. Dial did not help. Not sure if it was the unit or the building.

Nice apartment mistly as described. There is no air, except for a portable ac in one of the bedrooms, which could not cool the apartment. While there are two bathroom spaces they are connected via a two doors to the shower in each space, making privacy a bit challenging at times. Due to the lack of ac, you have to keep the windows open meaning you get a lot of noise from the train station below.

The unit was just as it was presented online. Amenities in the unit were appreciated. Bedding was clean. Shower doors appear to be off track so just left the one side closed and entered through second bathroom. Overall stay was enjoyable. Thank you

The property was beautiful, in great condition and has a perfect location in the middle of downtown. The only concern we had was the support while on the premises was poor. We texted them twice while there, once because we needed additional sheets for the pull-out bed and once related to check-out time. They did not respond to the texts either time. Then we called them. The first time they answered but were not able to help us related to the linens. The second time, they didn't answer and never called back.
