Effective, pleasant
Easy, effective, pleasant- the balcony door handle was missing (I like fresh air) but otherwise it was fine! There was a window that cranked open.
Check-in process was entirely automated, I didn't mind whatsoever. Worked well.

Overall great with only one small problem
Easy check-in, terrific location, clean & attractive space. Stocked with all the basics and, even if the sofa is not listed as a place to sleep, it is a comfortable bed for anyone who is not a professional basketball player. Requested a blanket and the person on the phone tried to convince me I didn't need one (?) and then never stopped by with one even after I convinced her to. Otherwise, truly flawless place to stay!
